The hotel's reliable Wi-Fi and 24-hour business center made remote work seamless, ensuring I stayed productive during my stay.I appreciated the ease of check-in and the efficient service provided by the friendly staff, enhancing my overall experience. The clean rooms and comfortable beds allowed for a good night's rest after a long day of work. Despite not needing them, knowing that amenities like the fitness center and outdoor pool were available added to the hotel's appeal for unwinding after business hours.However, I did encounter a slight inconvenience as a pet owner, as the hotel doesn't allow pets, which was not clearly stated on the website. The lack of air conditioning was a downside during my stay. Nonetheless, the overall cleanliness, comfort, and business-friendly facilities make the Hampton Inn Houston-Northwest a suitable choice for business travelers.
